Admission Process - Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan

Admission process

The establishment of Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan has transformed the lives of children with special needs. This noble initiative has minimized the worries of many parents when they think about the well-being of their dependent child.

MBCN welcomes families, who voluntarily wish to admit their child in the school, and those children who are referred by hospitals, physicians, community, service boards, schools as well as families of current students. Our admission process is comprehensible and must be compulsorily followed.

1. Submission of duly filled registration form along with the following documents:

• Child’s Medical Records
• Previous education records
• Disability certificate
• Income proof of parents
• Residence proof
• Adhar Card of Parent & Child
• UDID CARD

2. Pre-admission appointment: It is strongly advisable to take a pre-admission appointment with our social workers for assessment of child’s condition and other vital details. Parents and guardians are encouraged to follow this recommendation which is apt for the betterment of their child.

3. An Admission Committee cautiously assesses and examines each child before admission at MBCN. Our social workers are there to provide all the assistance required with the application submission. Furthermore, we have the discretion to expedite the process of admission in emergency situations after considering the circumstances.

Should there be queries or clarifications with respect to our admission process, you may contact us by any possible means i.e. telephone, internet or in-person. In case one needs to make an appointment for assessment/registration/pre-admission tour, please contact our social worker:
