Early Intervention programme:
The term ‘early’ not only means early in the course of the disorder but also
early in life. Hence our early intervention centre provides intervention to the
children of age group of 3to 6 years. In this group, children with all
disabilities and all degree of severity are included for intervention. The mode
of achievement in most of the programmes is through the parents. Parents bring
their children to our early intervention centre daily and stay with them and
learn from professionals how to train their child at home. The purpose of early
intervention is to contribute to the improvement of cognitive, linguistic,
social, and emotional outcomes of young children with disabilities or to
prevent the development of disabilities.
