Behaviour Management:
Behaviour management is another important part of our activities.
So many special needs children display congenital behavior problems built into their
diagnosis. They tend to act queer impulses and self-protective emotions beyond the understanding
of common prudence.MBCN tries to analyse this chaos and does not accept it as a way of life.
We try to identify the child's idiosyncrasies early and take corrective action. Our professionals
exercise to induce positive behaviour in identified students through inculcation of self discipline
and behavioral management. We work with to cardinal goals.
-
Minimize anti-social and disruptive behavior
-
Maximize appropriate social behavior.
However, all agree that the following
are essential:
-
Identifying the abrasive behaviors that need to be moderated.
-
Select appropriate techniques for orienting errant behavior.
-
Choosing techniques that target the specific child behavior problem and fit the
child.
-
Using appropriate hands-on child behavior tools for implementing the
techniques.
